This policy explains how TileDegree (“we”) handles personal information collected through this website and while quoting for and carrying out work.

What we collect

Details you submit through the quote, contact and booking forms: name, phone, email, postcode, project description and any photos you attach.
Correspondence you send us by phone, email or messaging apps.
Basic, aggregated usage data if analytics are enabled — see the Cookie Policy.

How we use it

To prepare and provide a quotation, and to arrange and carry out work.
To respond to your enquiry and communicate about your project.
To keep records required for tax and insurance purposes.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (email, form handling, hosting) and with other trades or your appointed designer where necessary to carry out your project. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Records of completed work are kept for as long as needed for legal, tax and insurance reasons.

Your rights
